About the role
We are hiring a Jr. SAP Hybris Developer for a remote contract role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and be comfortable working in a support-driven environment.
This role involves debugging storefront and order management issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of production tickets while following ITIL-aligned processes.
What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities in this role
- 01Debug and fix issues in Hybris storefront and order management flows
- 02Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- 03Participate in release validation and smoke testing
- 04Update documentation and follow ITIL-aligned processes
- 05Collaborate with QA and frontend teams for integrated fixes
- 06Ensure timely resolution of assigned tickets
What we're looking for
Must-have skills and experience for this position
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and Hybris fundamentals
- Experience with OCC APIs
- Familiarity with Git and Maven
- Ability to work in a 24x5/7 support model
- Understanding of coding standards and best practices
