About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Senior Business Analyst to facilitate the successful delivery of commerce consulting engagements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce business analysis, with the ability to gather requirements, develop specifications, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve business or system issues.
This is a full-time remote position with 2 openings available. Immediate hiring.
What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities in this role
01Facilitate the successful delivery of commerce consulting engagements
02Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes
03Facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization
04Conduct one-on-one or small group interviews to gather use cases, functional and technical requirements
05Develop requirement documentation including functional and technical specifications
06Identify, evaluate, and document commerce system requirements that meet business objectives
07Develop data models and process flow diagrams
08Communicate engagement scope to delivery and client stakeholders
09Ensure assigned work is completed within timelines and communicate risks early
10Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve business or system issues
11Provide system demonstrations and user training
12Develop test plans, write test scripts, and define acceptance criteria
13Support UAT and quality assurance activities
What we're looking for
Must-have skills and experience for this position
Required (9)
7 to 9 years' experience in general IT business analysis
Minimum 3 years' experience in eCommerce business analysis
Experience in commerce domain business analysis
Understanding of commerce data structures and product catalog management
Bachelor's degree
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with global service delivery models
Strong analytical and communication skills
