About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud FrontEnd Developer based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular development and experience working with SAP Commerce storefront implementations.
This role involves building high-performance front-end applications, integrating CMS components, implementing SSR for SEO improvements, and ensuring responsive UI implementation across devices.
What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities in this role
- 01Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular
- 02Implement and manage CMS mapping and integration with front-end applications
- 03Configure and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for SEO and performance
- 04Improve application performance through lazy loading and code optimization
- 05Customize UI components and implement responsive pixel-perfect designs
- 06Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and third-party services
- 07Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues
- 08Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- 09Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
What we're looking for
Must-have skills and experience for this position
- 7-9 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience with CMS mapping in SAP Commerce
- Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Experience optimizing frontend performance
- Strong understanding of responsive UI development
